The Court of Bari, By Decision No 642, February 23, 2010, states that on the form of the notice of convocation of a condominium the law does not impose constraints.
This 'means that in the absence of specific provisions of the condominium, the notice of convocation of the Assembly will be able to' be communicated in any way, even orally .
only limit: one must be able to demonstrate that the condominium has been advised in the terms established by law (at least 5 days before the meeting).
